Small Business Administration Invites Experienced Fund Managers to Submit Preliminary Materials for Early Stage Small Business Investment Companies

The Small Business Administration is seeking experienced early stage fund managers to submit preliminary materials for consideration to be licensed as Early Stage Small Business Investment Companies, which may receive up to 100% SBA-guaranteed debenture leverage of up to $50 million to invest in early stage small businesses that have never achieved positive cash flow from operations.
