NMFS Announces 90-Day Finding on Petition to List Atlantic Sturgeon Under ESA

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking additional scientific and commercial information regarding the listing of Atlantic sturgeon as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). A 90-day finding on a petition to list the species has been announced, following a status review completed in February 2007.
