NOAA to Hold Public Meetings on Proposed Marine Sanitation Device Regulations for Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary

NOAA is holding three public meetings to gather comments on proposed regulations that would eliminate exemptions for discharging biodegradable effluent from marine sanitation devices in the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary, and require these devices to be locked to prevent such discharges.
