U.S. Navy to Issue Regulations for Marine Mammal Taking at Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division

The U.S. Navy, in collaboration with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), is set to issue regulations governing the unintentional taking of marine mammals at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) from January 2010 to January 2015, as part of the Navy's military readiness activities.
