NOAA Publishes Draft Report of Science Advisory Board's Oceans and Health Working Group for Public Comment

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has released a draft report from the Science Advisory Board's Oceans and Health Working Group, seeking public input on its recommendations to improve ocean health efforts and their effects on human health and ecosystems.
