U.S. Navy Gets Permission to Harm Marine Mammals for Training in Southern California
The U.S. Navy has been granted permission to harm marine mammals during its training activities in the Southern California Range Complex, as part of a Marine Mammal Protection Act permit, from January 22, 2010, to January 21, 2011.
