US Department of Commerce Initiates Changed-Circumstances Review of Antidumping Duty on Polyester Staple Fiber from Taiwan
The US Department of Commerce has begun a review of the antidumping duty order on polyester staple fiber from Taiwan, following a request from Far Eastern New Century Corporation, which is considered the successor-in-interest to Far Eastern Textile Limited.
