NMFS Extends Public Comment Period for Leatherback Sea Turtle Critical Habitat Designation

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is extending the public comment period for proposed regulations to revise the critical habitat designation for the endangered leatherback sea turtle, which includes designating additional areas within the Pacific Ocean, until April 23, 2010.
