NMFS Seeks Comments on Manette Bridge Replacement IHA Proposal

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is requesting public comments on a proposal to issue an Incidental Harassment Authorization (IHA) to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) for the replacement of the Manette Bridge in Bremerton, Washington, which would incidentally harass three species of marine mammals during the construction and demolition activities.
