US Department of Commerce Initiates Changed Circumstances Review of Frozen Shrimp from India
The US Department of Commerce has launched a review to determine if R.D.R. Exports, a company that filed a request, is the successor to Jaya Satya Marine Exports Pvt. Ltd., a company subject to an antidumping duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India.
