US Department of Commerce Extends Time Limit for Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Review on Dutch CMC

The US Department of Commerce is extending the deadline for the preliminary results of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) from the Netherlands, which was originally due between July 1, 2008, and June 30, 2009, in accordance with section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930.
