U.S. Issues Final Rule for Conservation and Management of Antarctic Marine Living Resources

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued a final rule to improve the conservation and management of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (AMLR), including requirements for the importation and re-exportation of toothfish, krill fishing permits, and annual conservation measures.
