US Department of Commerce Reviews Antidumping Duty on Solid Urea from Russia
The US Department of Commerce is reviewing the antidumping duty order on solid urea from Russia, covering MCC EuroChem, and invites comments on preliminary results showing the company sold the product at less than normal value between July 1, 2008, and June 30, 2009.
