FTC Requests OMB Extension for Paperwork Reduction Act Clearance for Fair Packaging and Labeling Act Rules

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is seeking to extend the clearance for information collection requirements under the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (FPLA) rules through March 31, 2015, as the current clearance expires on March 31, 2012.
