FTC Seeks Public Comments on Proposal to Extend OMB Clearance for Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Trade Regulation Rule

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting public comments on its proposal to extend the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) clearance for the Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Trade Regulation Rule (MTOR) until February 28, 2016, as the current clearance expires on February 28, 2013.
