Customs and Border Protection Seeks Comments on Petition to Reclassify Chinese Wickless Wax Objects

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency is seeking public comments on a petition submitted by a domestic company regarding the reclassification of certain Chinese-made wickless wax objects from the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, with the goal of preventing circumvention of a dumping order on petroleum wax candles from China.
