Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Bridge Operation Regulation in New Haven, Connecticut

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a rule change to alleviate the financial burden on bridge owners, allowing them to reduce crewing during periods of low traffic while still ensuring safe navigation in the Quinnipiac and Mill Rivers at New Haven Harbor.
