Coast Guard Establishes Security Zone for U.S. Navy Submarines in Puget Sound

The U.S. Coast Guard is creating a restricted area around Navy submarines in the Sector Seattle Captain of the Port Zone to safeguard the vessels, their escorts, and the general public, with the zone prohibiting vessels from approaching within 1,000 yards of the submarines unless authorized by Coast Guard personnel.
