Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards: Public Comment Invitation and Document Withdrawal

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking public input on certain regulations related to the storage of gasoline in aboveground storage tanks at chemical facilities, and is withdrawing a previously published document due to misplaced footnotes. The new document supersedes the January 12, 2010, version.
