Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone in Baltimore Waters

The U.S. Coast Guard is creating a temporary safety zone in all navigable waters within the Captain of the Port Baltimore zone to protect mariners from ice hazards, restricting vessel transit unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Baltimore or his representative.
