Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee to Discuss Proposed Rulemaking via Teleconference

The Merchant Marine Personnel Advisory Committee (MERPAC) will hold a teleconference to finalize recommendations for the Coast Guard regarding the proposed rulemaking on implementing 1995 amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, as developed during a MERPAC working group meeting on January 5-6, 2010.
