Coast Guard Issues Certificate of Alternative Compliance for Offshore Supply Vessel C-AGGRESSOR

The U.S. Coast Guard has issued a Certificate of Alternative Compliance for the C-AGGRESSOR, an offshore supply vessel, in accordance with federal regulations
