USCIS Seeks Public Comments on Extension of Form I-590 Information Collection

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is seeking public comments on the extension of its currently approved information collection for Form I-590, which is used for certain employment-based immigrant petitions. The public has until March 2024 to submit their comments on this proposed extension.
