Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Regulated Navigation Area on Hudson River

The U.S. Coast Guard is creating a temporary restricted zone on the Hudson River south of the Troy Locks to ensure maritime safety and protect mariners and the environment from hazardous ice conditions, particularly for vessels with less than 3000 horsepower.
