U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Modifies System of Records for Gang Intelligence Records

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is updating its system of records to clarify the personally identifiable information collected on suspected and confirmed gang members and associates, following the publication of a Privacy Impact Assessment for the ICEGangs system.
