Coast Guard Proposes Special Regulations for Chestertown Tea Party Festival

The U.S. Coast Guard plans to implement temporary restrictions on vessel traffic in the Chester River during the reenactment portion of the Chestertown Tea Party Festival, scheduled to take place on May 29, 2010, to ensure public safety during the marine event.
