DHS Issues Final Rule to Exempt Portions of ICE Intelligence Records System from Privacy Act Provisions

The Department of Homeland Security is issuing a final rule to exempt certain portions of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement--006 Intelligence Records System from provisions of the Privacy Act, citing criminal, civil, and administrative enforcement requirements.
