FEMA Submits Information Collection for OMB Review

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted a request for review and clearance of its Radiological Emergency Preparedness Program Alert and Notification Phone Survey, which will collect data on emergency preparedness efforts and costs.
