Coast Guard Proposes Safety and Security Zones for Tall Ships Challenge 2010

The US Coast Guard plans to create temporary safety zones around participating Tall Ships during the 2010 Tall Ships Challenge, a series of Great Lakes races, to regulate vessel traffic and ensure public safety.
