Coast Guard Proposes Changes to Regulated Navigation Area Along Oregon Coast

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to modify the Regulated Navigation Area (RNA) along the Umpqua River Bar in Oregon, excluding a specific section of waters between Navigation Aid Numbers 8 and 6, in response to requests from various individuals and organizations who claim they can safely navigate those waters during restricted periods.
