Department of Homeland Security Updates Federal Flight Deck Officer Record System

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing to update its Transportation Security Administration--013 Federal Flight Deck Officer Record System, which contains records of deputized pilots, to align with the Privacy Act of 1974. The updated system will be published in the Federal Register and will continue to be part of the Department's inventory of record systems.
