US Coast Guard Temporarily Deviates Drawbridge Regulations for Quad Cities Marathon

The US Coast Guard has temporarily allowed the Rock Island Railroad and Highway Drawbridge to be closed to navigation for four hours on September 26, 2010, to accommodate the Quad Cities Marathon, which will cross the bridge.
