US Sets Tariff-Rate Quota for 2010 Tuna Imports

The US government has established a tariff-rate quota for tuna imports under subheading 1604.14.22 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) for the 2010 calendar year, based on the previous year's consumption of tuna in airtight containers.
