U.S. Coast Guard Proposes Permanent Security Zone at Seattle Base

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking to establish a permanent security zone at its Base Support Unit Seattle, Pier 36, to safeguard military and visiting vessels, waterfront facilities, and the maritime public from sabotage and other malicious acts.
