US Extends Temporary Protected Status for Nicaraguan Nationals, Automatic Extension of Employment Authorization

The US Department of Homeland Security has extended the temporary protected status (TPS) for Nicaraguan nationals for 18 months, from July 5, 2010, to January 5, 2012, and automatically extended employment authorization documentation for eligible beneficiaries until January 5, 2012.
