FEMA Declares Major Disaster in Connecticut, April 23, 2010

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has issued a Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Connecticut, effective April 23, 2010, in response to a major disaster, and related determinations have been made.
