Coast Guard to Enforce Regulations for Regattas and Marine Parades in Captain of the Port Detroit Zone

The U.S. Coast Guard will enforce local regulations for annual regattas and marine parades in the Captain of the Port Detroit zone from June 25, 2010, to July 25, 2010, to ensure the safety of people on navigable waters before, during, and after these events.
