U.S. Navy Submarines to be Safeguarded by Regulated Navigation Area in Hood Canal, WA

The U.S. Coast Guard is establishing a regulated navigation area in Hood Canal, Washington, to ensure the safety and security of U.S. Navy submarines and the maritime public when Navy submarines are present, requiring all vessels and individuals within the area to follow Coast Guard instructions.
