DEA Mandates Self-Certification and Employee Training for Mail-Order Distributors of Scheduled Chemical Products

The US Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), has implemented new regulations requiring mail-order distributors of controlled substances to self-certify and train their employees, in accordance with the Combat Methamphetamine Enhancement Act of 2010 (MEA), signed into law on October 12, 2010.
