National Park Service Proposes Consent Decree to Address Environmental Concerns at Gateway Arch National Park

The National Park Service has proposed a consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act and the Park System Resource Protection Act to address environmental concerns at Gateway Arch National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in St. Louis, Missouri.
