U.S. Agency to Collect Records from Explosives Importers, Manufacturers, and Users

The U.S. agency will require explosives importers, manufacturers, dealers, and users to maintain records and submit supporting data on importation, receipt, storage, and disposal of explosives, in accordance with federal regulations.
