Establishment of SANE/SART AI/AN Initiative Committee to Provide Expert Advice on Coordinating Response to Sexual Assault Victims in American Indian/Alaskan Native Communities

The U.S. Department of Justice's Office of Justice Programs is establishing the SANE/SART AI/AN Initiative Committee to offer valuable advice on addressing the complex issues faced by law enforcement agencies and their counterparts when responding to sexual assault victims in American Indian/Alaskan Native communities, and to provide guidance on the unique cultural issues affecting these communities.
