EPA Lodges First Addendum to Consent Decree for Multiple Environmental Laws

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has filed a notice of lodging for the first addendum to a consent decree covering several key environmental laws, including the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act, Clean Water Act, and Safe Drinking Water Act.
