Attorney General's Guidelines on Implementation of Voting Rights Act Language Minority Provisions

The updated guidelines reflect changes to the Voting Rights Act, including 2006 statutory amendments and 2002 Census determinations, requiring certain states and political subdivisions to conduct elections in the language of language minority groups.
