CFTC and SEC Propose New Rules for Investment Advisers and Commodity Pool Operators to Report to SEC

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission are proposing new rules requiring investment advisers and commodity pool operators to file Form PF with the SEC, which would help assess systemic risk in the US financial system.
