Compact Council to Meet to Discuss Record Exchange and Privacy

The National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact Council, established by the 1998 National Crime Prevention and Privacy Compact Act, will meet to discuss changes to record exchange rules and privacy guidelines for background checks, with the public invited to attend.
