CFTC Proposes Amendments to CPO and CTA Regulations in Response to Dodd-Frank Act Changes

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is proposing changes to its regulations governing commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisors in light of updates to the Commodity Exchange Act made by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
