US Government Seeks Public Comment on Bioterrorism Act and Select Agent List

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is requesting public input on its list of select agents and toxins, which is required to be reviewed and updated every two years under the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act of 2002.
