Medicare Program; Solicitation for Proposals for the Medicare Imaging Demonstration

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking proposals from interested parties to participate in the Medicare Imaging Demonstration (MID), a program authorized by the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act of 2008, to collect data on physician compliance with imaging criteria and evaluate the appropriateness of advanced imaging services for Medicare beneficiaries.
