CFTC to Host Public Roundtable on Protection of Cleared Swaps Customer Collateral

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will hold a public roundtable discussion on June 3, 2011, to discuss issues related to the protection of cleared swaps customer collateral, as outlined in the CFTC's notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) regarding the Protection of Cleared Swaps Customer Contracts and Collateral and Conforming Amendments to the Commodity Broker Bankruptcy Provisions.
